Check Settings → Scan Diagnostics inside the app for a log of recent scans, and send us a screenshot over WhatsApp.

I want a refund

Refunds are issued by Apple, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Muqeem → Cancel.
